Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
These MUJI passport terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”) shall apply to User’s (as defined below) access and use of the smartphone application, namely, MUJI passport Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as the “Application") and services provided through the Application (hereafter referred to as the “Service") owned and operated by MUJI(MALAYSIA)SDN. BHD. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company", “we”, “our” and/or “us”).
Article 2 (Definition)
- “User” means the individual who downloads, accesses and/or uses the Application and/or the Service on his/her smartphone or other devices (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Device”), regardless of whether he/she is using the Application and/or the Service for himself/herself or on behalf of an organization or entity.
- “Mile” means the reward points given to the User by the Company under the conditions provided herein and displayed on the Application.
- “Content” includes messages, comments, any other form of text, information, visuals that a User publishes, posts, uploads, shares or stores on the Application and/or the Service.
- “Objectionable” includes being objectionable, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, antagonistic, bigotristic, provocative, racist, blasphemy, harassing, threatening, harmful, or unlawful in any way.
Article 3 (Acceptance of Terms of Use)
User shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms of Use by taking the actions as instructed by us during the installation process of the Application and/or the process of registration of account to expressly show his/her acceptance to the Terms of Use. User shall not use the Application and/or the Service without accepting the Terms of Use.
Article 4 (User Eligibility)
- A User shall be:
- aged 18 or above, and more living in Malaysia, who is of sound mind, and not disqualified from contracting by any law to which he is subject; and
- where a User uses the Application and/or the Service on behalf of an organization or entity, an authorized representative of such organization or entity.
By accessing and using the Application and/or the Service, the User represents and warrants that he/she fulfills the qualifications above.
- In order to access and use the Application and/or the Service, an individual shall first download the Application and register for an account with us as a User.
- The Company may suspend, terminate or limit the supply of the Service to a User if the Company finds that the User falls under any of the following categories. In addition, the Company shall not be liable for any damages or disadvantages suffered by the User resulting from the inability to use:
- In the case where the User is under the age of 18;
- In the case where the User has been found out to have committed or being in the process of committing an unethical or unlawful activity, misconduct or violations by using the Application, the Service, other services provided by the Company, or via other transactions with the Company;
- In the case where the User is a person aged 18 or more who has unsound mind when he/she registered as a User on the Application;
- In the case where the User logs in the Application with his/her personal information by using the Application downloaded on other persons’ Device without permission of such other persons or a Device obtained by unauthorized means;
- In the case where the User falls under any of the reasons for the suspension or cancellation of the User's entitlements set forth in Article 16 hereof; or
- In other cases where the Company deems the User’s use of the Application and/or the Service inappropriate.
Article 5 (Management of Device and User Identity)
- The User shall be solely responsible for the management of the Device as well as the User’s ID name and password of the Application (collectively referred to as the " User Identity").
- The User shall not use a username that he/she does not have the right to use. The Company reserves the right to disallow registration of or reclaim a username at its sole and absolute discretion.
- The Company shall not take any responsibility for the damage and/or expenses incurred by the User or any third party as a result of or in connection with the illicit, fraudulent, unauthorized or inadvertent use of the Device and User Identity by any person.
Article 6 (Lending and Transferring User Identity)
The User shall be solely responsible for the security and integrity of his/her User Identity. The User shall not disclose, lend or transfer his/her User Identity to any third parties. The Company shall not be in any way responsible for any damage and/or expenses incurred by the Users or other third parties caused by the User’s breach of this Article. If any damage or expenses occurred to the Company in connection with the User’s breach of this Article, the User shall compensate the Company for the full amount of such damages and expenses.
Article 7 (Protection of User Information)
- Any information about the User provided by the User and/or obtained by the Company related to the Application and the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "User Information") will be collected, retained, used and processed by the Company in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Notice displayed in the “Help&Support” feature on the Application (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Notice”) and the applicable laws and regulations of Malaysia.
- The Company shall set up a mechanism to receive, facilitate and settle the User’s claims, requests or complaints related to his/her User Information. The User, in such case, agrees to cooperate with the Company, including by providing to the Company all the information and documents as may be reasonably requested by the Company.
- If the User is determined by the Company’s record system that he/she has not used the Application consecutively for twelve (12) months, the Company will be entitled to delete the User Information from its server or system to the extent permitted by law.
Article 8 (Change in User Information)
- The User is entitled to access to his/her own User Information according to the Privacy Notice. It is the User’s sole responsibility to maintain true, accurate, current and complete User Information.
- The User shall immediately notify the Company in writing if there is any change in his/her User Information. Upon the receipt of the User’s written notification, the Company shall confirm and update the User Information.
- In the case where the User Information including contact information is not supplied by the User to the Company, or the User Information is incorrect, outdated or incomplete, the Company may not be able to deliver notification or optimised user experience services to the User. In such a case, the Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage, loss or damage suffered by the User as a result of or in connection with such failure of the Company due to the User’s failure to supply true, accurate, current and complete User Information to the Company.
Article 9 (Company’s Notification)
- Notices from the Company to the User will be provided by postings on the Application or the Company’s website (https://www.muji.com/my/) (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) or by other means deemed appropriate by the Company, except as otherwise provided herein.
- In case the notice referred to in the preceding paragraph is provided by posting on the Application or the Website, the notice is deemed to be received by the User when the notice is posted on the Application or the Website.
Article 10 (Miles)
- In cases where the User checks in at the Company’s stores by using the Application, or purchases the Company’s products at the stores, or in other cases as clearly displayed in the Application, the Company may grant a certain number of Miles to the User subject to the conditions set forth by the Company and displayed in the Application.
- Miles are not exchangeable for cash. However, the Company may grant a benefit to the User according to the numbers of Miles under the conditions set forth separately in the Application or the Website from time to time.
- The User cannot share, combine, give, rent, transfer, assign or otherwise commercially exploit any accumulated Miles to other Users or any third party.
- If the User has more than one (1) account with us, the User shall not be entitled to combination of the Miles from all his/her accounts.
Article 11 (Expiration of Miles)
All Miles will expire after the period which the Company set forth separately on the Application or the Website.
Article 12 (Miles Invalidated or Cancelled)
In the event where any of the following cases occurs, the Miles shall be invalidated or cancelled, in whole or in part, automatically or by the Company at its sole and absolute discretion. In such cases, the Company shall neither provide any compensation nor be responsible in any other ways for invalidated or cancelled Miles.
- In the case where any of the categories set forth in Article 4 clause 3 hereof applies;
- In the case where the Company has verified that the information supplied by the User to the Company contains any untrue, incorrect or unlawful content;
- In the case where the User earned Miles by any inappropriate or unlawful means;
- In the case where the User breaches the Terms of Use;
- In the case where the User’s account is deleted;
- In the case where the User Information is deleted in accordance with Article 7 clause 3 hereof; or
- In other cases where the Company, at its sole and absolute discretion, deems it appropriate to cancel or invalidate the Miles granted to the User.
Article 13 (Taxes and Expenses)
The User is responsible for any taxes and incidental expenses if they are incurred as a result of earning Miles according to the applicable laws or regulations of Malaysia.
Article 14 (Prohibited Acts)
- The following acts are prohibited by the Company whenever the User uses the Application and/or the Service:
- Acts of using the Application and/or the Service for any unlawful or profiting-making purposes;
- Acts that infringe or may infringe the intellectual property rights including any trademark right, copyright or patent right etc. or any other rights of the Company, our business partners or any third party;
- Acts that infringe or may infringe the property, privacy or portrait rights of the Company or any third party;
- Acts that discriminate or defame a third party or damage any reputation or credibility of any party;
- Acts that lead to or may lead to crimes such as fraud or threat;
- Acts of creating, transmitting or displaying any Objectionable Content;
- Acts of establishing any pyramid scheme or inducing any person to join such a scheme or promoting any pseudo multi-level marketing;
- Acts of altering or deleting information of the Company or any third party accessible by the Application and/or the Service;
- Acts of pretending a real or fictitious third party;
- Acts of transmitting or otherwise making available harmful computer programs, codes, virus, worm etc. that will or may undermine the security, availability or proper working of the Application and/or the security;
- Acts of holding or promoting any pre-election activity, election campaign or similar activity and acts that violate the laws and regulations on election;
- Acts of sending an e-mail for advertisement, promotion or marketing, etc. to a third party without permission, or an e-mail having or at risk of having an aversion, and acts of requesting a third party to forward a chain letter or accepting such request to forward the same;
- Unauthorized access to any Application or Device of any third party or the hardware, software and systems used by us to operate, provide and maintain our Application and/or Service (including but not limited to any communication system, computer system, other devices, and software prepared by the Company to provide Services) or acts that prevent or likely prevent any use or operation of the same;
- Acts of acquiring any information related to any third party without his/her consent or by deceptive means;
- Acts that violate any laws, the Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, public order and morality (prostitution, violence, cruel acts etc.), acts that intervene or undermine the operation of the Application or the Service, acts that cause damage to our reputation, or any act which is harmful to any third party or the Company; and
- Acts that encourage any act which falls under any of the above items (including where the prohibited act is performed by a third party).
- In the event that the User commits or attempts to commit any of the above-mentioned prohibited acts, the Company shall have the right to terminate the User’s account, reclaim usernames, limit or suspend the User’s access and/or use of the Application and/or the Service or take any other actions that the Company may deem necessary or appropriate, at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without notice to the User.
- The User shall indemnify and release the Company and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, representatives and successors from any damage or loss that the Company, other Users or any third party may suffer as a result or in connection with such prohibited acts of the User.
Article 15 (Termination of Use)
- The User may at any time terminate his/her use of the Application and the Service by deleting his/her account with us. Upon such termination, all Miles and all rights or entitlements provided to the User in relation to the Application and/or the Service shall become invalid and no longer usable by the User. However, this termination of use may be temporarily suspended or refused by the Company in case where the Application is upgraded to include online payment function while the User has not paid his/her invoices claimed through the Application.
- By terminating the use of the Application and the Service, the User shall be deemed to have waived and given up any of his/her right to claim for any entitlements, unused rewards and/or compensation whatsoever against the Company.
- The User acknowledges that even after the User deletes his/her account with us:
- any Content that he/she has made public may remain available and viewable on the Application and/or the Service; and
- it may not be possible to completely delete his/her content from the Company’s records or backups of the Application and/or the Service.
Article 16 (Suspension and Cancellation of Entitlements)
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the User’s entitlements at any time without prior notice or demand for any of the following reasons:
- When it is found that the User falls under any of the categories set forth in Article 4 clause 3 hereof;
- When the User uses the entitlement unlawfully or allowed it to be used unlawfully;
- When the User alters the information provided by the Company without our prior written consent;
- When the User uses the Application and/or the Service for unlawful purpose or allows other Users or third parties to use the Application and/or the Service unlawfully;
- When there is a misconduct or suspected misconduct by the User, or when it is necessary to prevent any misconduct by a third party;
- When any of the Terms of Use was violated;
- When the User was filed for attachment, provisional attachment, provisional disposition, disposition for failure to pay any debt, compulsory execution, bankruptcy, or civil rehabilitation proceedings; or
- in other cases where the Company deems the person inappropriate as a User.
- In case the User cannot use the Application or the Service due to the suspension or cancellation of the User’s entitlements based on the preceding clause, the Company shall not be in any way responsible for and shall have no obligation to disclose the reason for such suspension or cancellation to the User. In addition, losses, damages and expenses (if any) incurred by the Company or third parties caused by any action taken by the User as stipulated in the preceding clause shall be fully compensated by the User.
- If there are any doubts regarding the User's Miles acquisition and other use of the Application and/or the Service, temporary suspension of the User's entitlements and usage restrictions on the Application and/and the Service may be placed by the Company at its sole and absolute discretion until the suspicion is cleared.
Article 17 (Change of the Application or the Service)
The Company may change, in whole or in part, the functions, features and design of the Application, operation rules of the Application and/or the Services, or the content of the Application and/or the Service from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice to the User. The Company shall not be in any way responsible for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User resulting from such changes.
Article 18 (Temporary Suspension, Cancellation or Termination of the Application or the Service)
- The Company may temporarily suspend or terminate the operation of the Application and/or the Service or part or all of the Website without prior notice to the User for any of the following reasons:
- When performing maintenance, inspection, repair, change or upgrade of the feature or system of the Application and/or the Service regularly or urgently;
- When it is not possible or would be unreasonably burdensome to provide the Application and/or the Service due to a force majeure event such as fire, blackout, natural disaster such as earthquake, eruption, flood, or tsunami or war, disturbance, riot, conflict or change of laws, labor dispute, lockout, government restraint etc.;
- When the Application and/or the Service cannot be operated due to failure, breakdown, destruction or sabotage of the system of the Application and/or the Service (including falsification of data and source code) or the network failure etc.; or
- Other cases where it is determined by the Company that the Company requires temporary suspension, cancellation or termination of the Application and/or the Service.
- The Company may terminate all or a part of the functions of Application and/or the Service at its sole and absolute discretion.
- The Company shall not be in any way responsible for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User or other third parties resulting from the interruption, suspension, cancellation or termination of the Application or the Service under this Article.
Article 19 (Disclaimer)
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the User arising out of the access and/or use of the Application and/or the Service, and the Company shall have no obligation to compensate for such damage. The Application and the Service are offered and provided to the User on an “as-is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranty of any kind from the Company.
- The Application may contain links or connections to third party websites, plug-ins or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, security, privacy policies, or practices of or opinions expressed in any third-party websites. The User’s access and use of third-party websites, plug-ins or services is at his/her own risk. The User agrees that the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of or in connection with his/her use of any third-party website, plug-in or service.
- If a User causes damages to another User or a third party by or when using the Application and/or the Services, the Company may make a claim against such User for appropriate indemnification of such damages. The Company shall not be liable for any damages to any person resulting from the exercise of any of the Company’s rights expressly provided under these Terms of Use.
Article 20 (Intellectual Property)
The Application (including but not limited to its text, features, pictures, videos, design, look, feel and content, save for the Content contributed by the Users), is solely and absolutely owned by the Company. These Terms of Use do not grant any User any right, title or interest in or to the Application, trademarks, logos and other relevant intellectual property of the Company.
Article 21 (Monitoring of Unauthorized Use)
The Company has the right to monitor usages and accesses by the User to prevent any unlawful or unauthorized use of the Application or the Service. The Company will not monitor the usage and access of the User for any purpose other than the one stated in this Article.
Article 22 (Terms of Use and Changes)
- The individual rules prescribed by the Company on the Application or displayed in other ways by the Company and the additional regulations notified by the Company from time to time shall constitute a part of the Terms of Use. If the provisions of the Terms of Use differ from the provisions of such individual regulation and additional regulation of the Company, the provisions of the individual regulations and the additional regulations shall take precedence to the extent of such difference.
- The Company reserves the right to revise and change the Terms of Use from time to time at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. In that case, the Company shall notify the User in writing about revised Terms of Use, and the Service provided via the Application will depend on the revised Terms of Use. Notwithstanding the Company’s notification of the revised Terms of Use, it is the User’s responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for any changes and updates. The User may determine when the Company last changed and revised these Terms of Use by referring to the “LAST UPDATED” statement below. The revised Terms of Use will take effect from the date specified in the “LAST UPDATED” statement below.
- By continuing using the Application and/or the Service after the revisions or changes stipulated in the preceding paragraph, the User is deemed to have agreed to the revised or changed Terms of Use. If the User disagrees with the revised or changed Terms of Use, the User should discontinue his/her access and/or use of the Application and/or the Service.
Article 23 (Governing Law)
- The Terms of Use shall be governed, enforced and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Malaysia.
- All disputes, controversies and claims arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use shall be governed by Malaysian law.
Article 24 (Dispute Resolution)
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use, or the breach thereof, shall be finally settled by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Article 25 (Language)
These Terms of Use is available in English. If a translation hereof is made and in case of any discrepancy between the two languages, the English version shall prevail to the extent of such discrepancy.
Article 26 (Effectiveness)
These Terms of Use shall become effective and binding to both the Company and the User as from the date when the User has expressly shown his/her acceptance to these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use shall remain in effect while the User accesses and uses the Application and/or the Service. The User acknowledges and agrees that some of the obligations in these Terms of Use will continue to be in force and binding even after the User deletes, deactivates, terminates or suspends his/her account, including but not limited to any representations and warranties, obligations to pay or indemnify, disclaimers, any terms regarding ownership or intellectual property rights, any terms regarding data privacy, any terms regarding dispute resolution and governing law, and any other terms that, by their nature, shall survive termination of these Terms of Use.
Article 27 (General)
- The User may give notice to us under or in connection with these Terms of Use by emailing us at customerservice@muji.com.my.
- If any provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that provision is deemed to be modified to the extent required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If modification is not possible, that provision shall be deemed as severed from these Terms of Use without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use.
- The User may not assign, novate, subcontract or transfer any right or obligation under these Terms of Use without our prior written consent.
- Any failure or delay of the Company to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms of Use shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights or remedies.

Purpose of this privacy notice
This privacy notice aims to give you information on how MUJI (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. (“Muji”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, records, retains, discloses, transfers, uses and/or otherwise processes your personal data through your use of the Application, including any data you may provide to us through this Application when you register to the Application or use the Application.
Your use of our Application and/or the Service (as defined in our Terms of Use) is at all times subject to the Terms of Use Terms of Use, which incorporates this privacy notice. Any terms we use in this privacy notice without defining them shall have the same definitions ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.
This Application is not intended for children under the age of eighteen (18) and we do not knowingly collect data relating to them. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of eighteen (18), then we will delete that information from our records.
It is important that you read this privacy notice together with any other notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. Any such other notices are intended to supplement and not to override this privacy notice.

Changes to the privacy notice and request to inform us of changes
We will keep this privacy notice up to date and will notify you of any significant changes to the notice. Any notification in regards to changes to this privacy notice will be displayed on Application for 30 days following the change. Your continued use or access of our Application and/or Services shall be treated as your consent for us to process your personal data in accordance with the updated privacy notice, unless you inform us otherwise in writing.
It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.
Third-party links
This Application may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you access and/or use a third-party website, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.
2.The data we collect about you
Personal data means any information in respect of commercial transactions, which—
- is being processed wholly or partly by means of equipment operating automatically in response to instructions given for that purpose;
- is recorded with the intention that it should wholly or partly be processed by means of such equipment; or
- is recorded as part of a relevant filing system or with the intention that it should form part of a relevant filing system,
that relates directly or indirectly to a data subject, who is identified or identifiable from that information or from that and other information in the possession of a data user, including but not limited to any sensitive personal data and expression opinion about the data subject, but does not include any information that is processed for the purpose of a credit reporting business carried on by a credit reporting agency under the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010. For the purpose of this this privacy notice, personal data shall refer to personal data that is collected prior to, on or after the date of your consent to this privacy notice or the date of this privacy notice.
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which may include (but not limited to) the following:
- Identity Data includes account ID (unique device identifier), profile photo, username (nickname) or similar identifier, date of birth, gender.
- Contact Data includes your name, email address, telephone number and/or postal address, which you provide us with when you make inquiries to us about the Application.
- Transaction Data includes your likes, comments, purchase, MUJI mile, location, shop check-in history, and awarded coupons.
- Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your account login data, Application log, device and browser type and version, time zone setting and location, connected account information (Facebook, Apple and Google), browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this Application.
- Account Profile Data includes purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
- Usage Data includes information about how you use the Application and our services.
- Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing communications like reminding and campaign notifications from us.
We also collect and use aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in the meaning of the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010 (“PDPA”) as the aggregated data will be de-identified or anonymised and therefore does not identify you or isn’t identifiable from that data or from that and other information. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect aggregated data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy notice.
We do not collect any sensitive personal data about you (this includes details about your physical or mental health or condition, your political opinions, your religious beliefs or other beliefs of a similar nature, the commission or alleged commission by you of any offence or any other personal data as the Minister may determine by order published in the Gazette).
While we do not ask you to provide any personal data that falls under special categories of personal data, we may also process such data (as well as other categories of personal data), depending on what data you provide when communicating with us when using the Application or otherwise. You agree that your consent granted herewith extends to such data, unless you inform us otherwise in writing.
If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or where we need personal data so that we can enter into or perform a contract with you to provide our services to you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract or services that you have opted for. In this case, we may have to cancel a service you have ordered with us but we will notify you in writing of such cancellation.
3.How is your personal data collected?
We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:
- Direct interactions.
You may give us your Identity Data, Contact Data, Transaction Data, Usage Data, and Marketing and Communications Data by registering an account with us, interacting with the Application, filling in forms, or corresponding with us. This includes personal data you provide when you:- create an account on our Application;
- mark up items or articles as your favorite;
- check in at our shops;
- show your ID barcode and/or coupons at our shops;
- connect SNS accounts with your ID;
- set your preference in receiving marketing communications from us; or
- give us some feedback or a make an inquiry with us via email, our live chat, to our call centres or provided in our retail stores. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Application.
We may also receive your information from another organisation that you have consented for them to share your data.
- Automated technologies or interactions.
As you use or interact with the Application, we may automatically collect Technical and Usage Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this personal data by application logic, server logs and other similar technologies.
Such information is collected for analysis and evaluation purposes in order to help us improve our Application and Services we provide. We may receive personal data about you from various third parties including Technical and Usage Data from analytics providers such as Adobe Analytics.
4.How we use your personal data
Purposes of collection of personal data
We may process your personal data for our existing and future business purposes. Listed below are non-exhaustive description of how we use your personal data:
- To verify your identity and to register you as a new user of the Application.
- To maintain and manage your user account which includes helping you restore your user account by referring to connected account information.
- To manage our relationship with you which includes notifying you about changes to our terms of use or privacy notice, responding to your inquiries, requests and complaints and asking you to leave a review.
- To provide you with our services which include delivering articles, product catalogues and favorable shopping offers, offering shopping coupons, checking in at our shops, locating near-by shops, managing your MUJI mile, and sending reminders, notice and/or push notifications of any changes to our terms, conditions and policies as well as any promotional, informational and advertising materials in respect of our products and services.
- To administer and protect our business and this Application (including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance, support, reporting and hosting of data).
- To use data analytics to improve our Application, products/services, marketing, customer relationships and experiences.
- To make suggestions and recommendations to you about goods or services that may be of interest to you.
- To manage our business operations and to comply with our internal policies and procedures.
- To comply with any applicable rules, laws, regulations, codes of practice or guidelines or to assist in law enforcement and investigations by relevant authorities.
- For any other purpose relating to any of the above.
- For any other purpose which we may notify you in writing in the future.
- For the implementation and execution of any of the above.
Your consent
When you install the Application, we ask you to give us your consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy notice. You can either give us such consent or refuse it. If you give us such consent, we deem that you have read this privacy notice and that you provide us your personal data voluntarily. If you don’t give us such consent, we may not be able to provide you with part or all of the services on the Application.
You can opt out of certain categories of our processing of your personal data at any time, by setting your preferences on the Application, including toggling on/off receiving campaign offer or reminding.
You can withdraw, in full or in part, your consent given to us previously, at any time by notifying us in writing, in each case subject to any applicable legal restrictions, contractual conditions and a reasonable period of time. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to continue providing you with part or all of the services on the Application.
Please note that we may process your personal data without your consent to the extent permitted by applicable laws, including the PDPA.
Third-party marketing
We will only share your personal data with any company for marketing purposes upon your prior explicit consent.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal data to third parties unless we have your express permission or are required by law to do so.
Change of purpose
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If you wish to get an explanation as to how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose, please contact us.
5.Disclosures of your personal data
You hereby consent that we may disclose, share and transfer your personal data with the parties set out below within or outside Malaysia for the purposes set out in paragraph 4 above.
- Internal Third Parties:
- Other companies in the Muji Group including but not limited to Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. (Japan) (https://ryohin-keikaku.jp/eng/corporate/company.html), which process your personal data either on their own behalf or on our behalf in providing us with IT, data storage or processing service, system administration, business process outsourcing or other services as contractors.
- Our employees, agents, affiliates and associated companies;
- Any person to whom we are under an obligation to make disclosure under any applicable laws;
- Any court and/or officer of the court;
- Our auditors, legal advisers, compliance professionals and other advisers;
- Our payment gateway service providers;
- Our delivery partners; and
- Our service providers and vendors.
- External Third Parties:
- Service providers, vendors and business partners who provide us with IT, data storage or processing service, system administration, business process outsourcing, payment gateway service, delivery service, advertising service, analytical service or any other services as contractors.
- Professional advisers who process your personal data either on their own behalf or on our behalf in providing us with professional services, including but not limited to lawyers, bankers, auditors, insurers, compliance professionals and other advisers.
- The regulators and other authorities who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
- Any court and/or officer of the court;
- Any person to whom we are compelled or required to disclose your personal data under law, court order or in response to a competent or government agency.
- Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge all or parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy notice.
We require all third parties to respect the security and privacy of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for purposes specified in this privacy notice and in accordance with our instructions.
6.International transfers
Your personal data will be stored and processed at servers from external providers in Japan, where Ryohin Keikaku Co, Ltd., one of our group company engages external cloud IT resources and provides us with the infrastructure for the Application.
When you install the Application, we ask you to give us your consent to the transfer of your personal data to Japan as described above. You can either give us your consent or refuse it. If you don’t give us such consent, we are not able to provide you with the services on the Application. You can withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing. If you withdraw your consent, we are not able to continue providing you with the services on the Application.
7.Data security
We put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, misused, stolen or accessed, disclosed, used, altered or destroyed in an unauthorized way. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
8.Data retention
We will retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. During such retention period, we will review your personal data on a regular basis to keep it updated and to make sure that it is not retained for longer than necessary for the outlined purposes.
We may maintain a copy of your unrevised information in our records after you have updated any information. Some information may remain in our records after your deletion of such information from your account with us. Further, keep in mind that search engines and other third parties may still retain copies of your public information even after you have deleted your account with us or the information from your account with us. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result or in connection with such public information to the extent that is not within our control.

In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data for example by aggregation with other data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes or business planning in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
9.Your legal rights
You have rights as a data subject under the PDPA in relation to your personal data. When you request access to, correction of, or to prevent processing your personal data, please contact our Data Privacy Officer.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
- Request access to your personal data.
You can request in writing to us ① for information of your personal data that is being processed by or on behalf of us, and ② for a copy of the personal data you have provided to us in an intelligible form. - Request correction of your personal data
Where ① a copy of personal data has been supplied by us in compliance with your data access request and you consider that the personal data is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date; or ② you know that your personal data being held by us is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date, you, as the case may be, can make a data correction request in writing to us that we make the necessary correction to your personal data. - Right to withdraw consent to process personal data.
You can withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time by notifying us in writing. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before we receive written notice of withdrawal of consent from you. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide part or all of the services on the Application to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent. - Right to prevent processing likely to cause damage or distress
Unless otherwise permitted or required by law, you can require us, at any time by notice in writing (referred to as the “Data Subject Notice"), at the end of such period as is reasonable in the circumstances to cease or not to begin the processing of, or processing for a specified purpose or in a specified manner, your personal data in respect of which you are the data subject if—- the processing of that personal data or the processing of personal data for that purpose or in that manner is causing or is likely to cause substantial damage or substantial distress to you and/or another person: and
- the damage or distress is or would be unwarranted,
provided that your Data Subject Notice specifies a detailed description of the reasons why such processing is causing or is likely to cause such damage or distress to you and/or another person.
- Right to prevent processing for purposes of direct marketing
You may at any time by notice in writing to us require us at the end of such period as is reasonable in the circumstances to cease or not to begin processing your personal data for purposes of direct marketing.
No fee usually required
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data or to exercise any of your legal rights outlined in paragraph 9 above. However, we may charge you a fee of RM10 per data subject for an access request with a copy and a fee of RM2 per data subject for an access request without a copy, if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. We may refuse to comply with your request of any kind in relation to your personal data if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.
What we may need from you
We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity before we respond to any requests from you. This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

Kami akan mengemas kini notis privasi ini dari semasa ke semasa dan akan memaklumkan kepada anda mengenai sebarang perubahan ketara kepada notis ini. Segala pemakluman mengenai perubahan kepada notis privasi ini akan dipaparkan di Aplikasi selama 30 hari selepas perubahan dibuat. 2.Data yang kami kumpulkan mengenai anda
Data peribadi bermaksud sebarang maklumat yang merangkumi transaksi komersial, yang -

- Data Transaksi merangkumi “likes”, komen, pembelian, MUJI mile, lokasi, sejarah daftar masuk kedai, dan kupon yang diberikan anda.
- Data Teknikal merangkumi alamat protokol internet (IP), data log masuk akaun anda, log Aplikasi, jenis dan versi pelayar dan peranti, tetapan dan lokasi zon waktu, maklumat akaun yang disambungkan (Facebook, Apple dan Google), jenis dan versi “plug-in” pelayar, sistem operasi dan platform dan teknologi lain pada peranti yang anda gunakan untuk mengakses Aplikasi ini.
- Data Profil Akaun merangkumi pembelian atau pesanan yang dibuat oleh anda, minat, pilihan, maklum balas dan respons tinjauan anda.
- Data Penggunaan merangkumi maklumat mengenai cara anda menggunakan Aplikasi dan perkhidmatan kami.
- Data Pemasaran dan Komunikasi merangkumi pilihan anda dalam menerima komunikasi pemasaran seperti peringatan dan pemberitahuan kempen dari kami.
Kami juga mengumpulkan dan menggunakan Data Gabungan seperti data statistik atau demografi. Data Gabungan boleh berasal dari data peribadi anda tetapi tidak dianggap sebagai data peribadi seperti ditakrifkan di dalam AKTA PERLINDUNGAN DATA PERIBADI 2010 (“PDPA”) atas sebab Data Gabungan akan dinyahpastikan atau dinamakan tanpa nama dan oleh itu tidak mengenal pasti anda atau tidak dapat dikenal pasti dari data tersebut atau dari maklumat yang lain. Sebagai contoh, kami dapat mengumpulkan Data Penggunaan anda untuk mengira peratusan pengguna yang mengakses ciri laman web tertentu. Namun, jika kami menggabungkan atau menghubungkan Data Gabungan dengan data peribadi anda sehingga dapat secara langsung atau tidak langsung mengenali anda, kami menganggap Data Gabungan tersebut sebagai data peribadi yang akan digunakan selaras dengan notis privasi ini.
Kami tidak mengumpulkan data peribadi sensitif mengenai anda (ini merangkumi perincian mengenai kesihatan atau keadaan fizikal atau mental anda, pendapat politik anda, kepercayaan agama anda atau kepercayaan lain yang serupa, perbuatan melakukan atau dakwaan tentang perbuatan melakukan sebarang kesalahan atau sebarang data peribadi lain yang ditentukan oleh Menteri melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta).
Walaupun kami tidak meminta anda memberikan data peribadi yang termasuk dalam kategori data peribadi khas, kami juga boleh memproses data tersebut (serta kategori data peribadi yang lain), bergantung kepada data yang anda berikan ketika berkomunikasi dengan kami dengan menggunakan Aplikasi kami atau sebaliknya. Anda bersetuju bahawa kebenaran anda yang diberikan dengan ini merangkumi data tersebut, melainkan jika anda memaklumkan kepada kami secara bertulis.
Sekiranya anda gagal memberikan data peribadi
Di mana kami perlu mengumpulkan data peribadi seperti yang dimandatkan oleh undang-undang, atau di mana kami memerlukan data peribadi untuk membolehkan kita memasuki atau melaksanakan kontrak dengan anda untuk membekalkan perkhidmatan kami kepada anda dan anda gagal memberikan data tersebut ketika diminta, kami mungkin tidak dapat melaksanakan kontrak atau perkhidmatan yang anda telah pilih. atau berkomunikasi dengan kami. Ini termasuk data peribadi yang anda berikan apabila anda:
- mendaftar akaun di Aplikasi kami;
- tandakan item atau artikel sebagai kegemaran anda;
- daftar masuk di kedai-kedai kami;
- tunjukkan kod bar ID dan / atau kupon anda di kedai kami;
- sambungkan akaun-akaun SNS dengan ID anda;
- tetapkan pilihan anda untuk menerima komunikasi pemasaran dari kami; atau
- memberi kami maklum balas atau membuat pertanyaan dengan kami melalui e-mel, sembang langsung kami, ke pusat panggilan kami atau disediakan di kedai-kedai kami. Kami juga boleh meminta maklumat semasa anda melaporkan masalah dengan Aplikasi.
Kami juga boleh menerima maklumat anda dari organisasi lain yang anda telah membenarkan untuk mereka berkongsi data anda.
- Teknologi atau interaksi automatik.
Semasa anda menggunakan atau berinteraksi dengan Aplikasi, kami boleh secara automatik mengumpulkan Data Teknikal dan Penggunaan mengenai peralatan, tindakan dan corak pelayaran anda. Kami mengumpulkan data peribadi ini dengan menggunakan logik aplikasi, log pelayan (server) dan teknologi lain yang serupa.
Maklumat tersebut dikumpulkan untuk tujuan analisis dan penilaian untuk membantu kami meningkatkan prestasi Aplikasi dan Perkhidmatan yang kami sediakan. Dalam kebanyakan kes, kami menggunakan keputusan automatik dengan cara yang tidak akan memberi kesan yang ketara kepada anda sebagai individu (seperti analisis umum data kami untuk mendapatkan pandangan mengenai tingkah laku dan ciri-ciri pelanggan kami). - Penggunaan “Cookie”. Kami boleh memproses data peribadi anda untuk tujuan perniagaan kami yang sedia ada dan yang akan datang. Senarai di bawah ini adalah penerangan yang tidak menyeluruh mengenai bagaimana kami menggunakan data peribadi anda:
- Untuk mengesahkan identiti anda dan mendaftarkan anda sebagai pengguna baru Aplikasi.
- Untuk mengekalkan dan mengurus akaun pengguna anda yang termasuk membantu anda memulihkan akaun pengguna anda dengan merujuk pada maklumat akaun yang berhubung.
- Untuk mengurus hubungan kami dengan anda yang termasuk memaklumkan kepada anda tentang perubahan terma-terma penggunaan atau notis privasi kami, menanggapi pertanyaan, permintaan dan aduan anda dan meminta anda meninggalkan maklum balas.
- Untuk membekalkan anda perkhidmatan kami yang meliputi pengiriman artikel, katalog produk dan tawaran membeli-belah yang baik, menawarkan kupon membeli-belah, mendaftar masuk di kedai-kedai kami, mencari kedai berdekatan, menguruskan MUJI mile anda, dan mengirim peringatan, pemberitahuan dan / atau pemberitahuan push tentang sebarang perubahan pada terma-terma, syarat-syarat dan dasar-dasar kami serta sebarang bahan promosi, maklumat dan iklan berkenaan dengan produk dan perkhidmatan kami.
- Untuk mengurus dan melindungi perniagaan kami dan Aplikasi ini (termasuk penyelesaian masalah, analisis data, pengujian, penyelenggaraan sistem, sokongan, pelaporan dan hosting data)
- Untuk menggunakan analisis data untuk meningkatkan mutu Aplikasi, produk / perkhidmatan, pemasaran, hubungan pelanggan dan pengalaman kami.
- Untuk memberi cadangan kepada anda berkenaan produk atau perkhidmatan yang mungkin menarik bagi anda.
- Untuk menguruskan operasi perniagaan kami dan mematuhi dasar dan prosedur dalaman kami.
- Untuk mematuhi setiap peraturan, undang-undang, kod amalan atau garis panduan atau untuk membantu dalam penguatkuasaan undang-undang dan penyiasatan oleh pihak berkuasa.

Kebenaran anda
Semasa anda memasang Aplikasi, kami akan meminta anda untuk memberi kami kebenaran anda untuk memproses data peribadi anda selaras dengan notis privasi ini. Anda boleh memberi kami kebenaran tersebut atau menolaknya. Sekiranya anda memberikan
kebenaran kepada kami, kami menganggap bahawa anda telah membaca notis privasi ini dan bahawa anda memberikan data peribadi anda secara sukarela kepada kami. Sekiranya anda tidak memberi kami kebenaran tersebut, kami mungkin tidak dapat
membekalkan anda sebahagian atau semua perkhidmatan di atas Aplikasi.
Anda boleh memilih untuk “opt out” dari kategori tertentu dari pemprosesan data peribadi anda pada bila-bila masa, dengan menetapkan pilihan anda pada Aplikasi,
termasuk mengaktifkan / mematikan penerimaan tawaran kempen atau peringatan.
Anda boleh menarik balik, sepenuhnya atau sebahagian, kebenaran anda yang diberikan kepada kami sebelumnya, pada bila-bila masa dengan memaklumkan kepada
kami secara bertulis, dalam setiap kes yang tertakluk kepada sekatan undang-undang, syarat-syarat kontrak dan jangka masa yang munasabah. Sekiranya anda menarik balik kebenaran anda, kami mungkin tidak dapat meneruskan pembekalan sebahagian
atau semua perkhidmatan pada Aplikasi kepada anda.
Harap maklum bahawa kami boleh memproses data peribadi anda tanpa kebenaran anda setakat yang diizinkan oleh undang-undang yang berkuatkuasa, termasuk PDPA.
Pemasaran pihak ketiga
Kami hanya akan berkongsi data peribadi anda dengan mana-mana syarikat untuk tujuan pemasaran atas kebenaran eksplisit anda yang di bagi kepada kami sebelum ini. Kami tidak akan menjual, menyebarkan atau menyewakan data peribadi anda kepada pihak ketiga melainkan jika kami mendapat kebenaran nyata anda atau diwajibkan oleh undang-undang untuk melakukannya.
Perubahan tujuan
Kami hanya akan menggunakan data peribadi anda untuk tujuan yang kami kumpulkan, kecuali jika kami secara wajar menganggap bahawa kami perlu menggunakannya untuk alasan lain dan alasan itu sesuai dengan tujuan asal. Sekiranya anda ingin mendapatkan penjelasan mengenai bagaimana pemprosesan untuk tujuan baru itu adalah sesuai dengan tujuan asalnya, sila hubungi kami.
5.Pendedahan data peribadi anda
Anda dengan ini bersetuju bahawa kami boleh mendedahkan, berkongsi dan memindahkan data peribadi anda dengan pihak-pihak yang dinyatakan di senarai di bawah atau di luar Malaysia untuk tujuan yang dinyatakan dalam perenggan 4 di atas.
- Pihak Ketiga Dalaman:
- Syarikat-syarikat lain dalam Kumpulan Muji termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. (Jepun) (https://ryohin-keikaku.jp/eng/corporate/company.html), yang memproses data peribadi anda sama ada atas nama mereka sendiri atau bagi pihak kami dalam membekalkan kami IT, penyimpanan data atau perkhidmatan pemprosesan, pentadbiran system, penyumberan luar proses perniagaan atau perkhidmatan lain sebagai kontraktor;
- Pekerja, ejen, sekutu dan syarikat bersekutu kami;
- Mana-mana individu yang kami berkewajiban untuk membuat pendedahan berdasarkan undang-undang yang berkuatkuasa;
- Mana-mana mahkamah dan / atau pegawai mahkamah;
- Juruaudit, penasihat undang-undang, profesional pematuhan dan penasihat-penasihat lain kami;
- Penyedia perkhidmatan gerbang pembayaran kami;
- Rakan penghantaran kami; dan
- Pembekal dan vendor perkhidmatan kami.
- Pihak Ketiga Luar:
- Penyedia perkhidmatan, vendor, dan rakan niaga yang menyediakan IT, perkhidmatan penyimpanan atau pemprosesan data, pentadbiran sistem, penyumberan luar proses perniagaan, perkhidmatan gerbang pembayaran, perkhidmatan penghantaran, perkhidmatan iklan, perkhidmatan analitik atau perkhidmatan lain sebagai kontraktor.
- Penasihat profesional yang memproses data peribadi anda sama ada atas nama mereka sendiri atau bagi pihak kami semasa membekalkan kami perkhidmatan profesional, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada peguam, pegawai bank, juruaudit, syarikat insurans, profesional pematuhan dan penasihat-penasihat lain.
- Pengawal selia dan pihak berkuasa lain yang mewajibkan pelaporan kegiatan pemprosesan dalam situasi tertentu.
- Mana-mana mahkamah dan / atau pegawai mahkamah;
- Mana-mana individu yang kami diwajibkan atau diminta untuk mendedahkan data peribadi anda berdasarkan undang-undang, perintah mahkamah atau sebagai tindak balas kepada agensi yang berwibawa atau agensi kerajaan.
- Pihak ketiga yang kami boleh pilih untuk menjual, memindahkan, atau menggabungkan semua atau bahagian perniagaan atau aset kami. Sebagai alternatif, kami mungkin berusaha untuk memperoleh perniagaan lain atau bergabung dengan mereka. Sekiranya ada perubahan berlaku kepada perniagaan kami, maka pemilik baru boleh menggunakan data peribadi anda dengan cara yang sama selaras dengan notis privasi ini.
Kami mewajibkan semua pihak ketiga untuk menghormati keselamatan dan privasi data peribadi anda dan memproseskan data anda selaras dengan undang-undang yang berkuatkuasa. Kami tidak membenarkan penyedia perkhidmatan pihak ketiga kami menggunakan data peribadi anda untuk tujuan mereka sendiri dan hanya membenarkan mereka memproses data peribadi anda untuk tujuan yang dinyatakan dalam notis privasi ini dan selaras dengan arahan kami.
6.Pemindahan antarabangsa
Data peribadi anda akan disimpan dan diproses di pelayan dari penyedia perkhidmatan luar di Jepun, di mana Ryohin Keikaku Co, Ltd., salah satu syarikat kumpulan kami menggunakan sumber IT awan luaran dan menyediakan infrastruktur untuk Aplikasi kepada kami.
Semasa anda memasang Aplikasi, kami akan meminta anda untuk memberi kami kebenaran anda untuk pemindahan data peribadi anda ke Jepun seperti yang dijelaskan di atas. Anda boleh memberikan kebenaran anda atau menolaknya. Sekiranya anda tidak memberi kami kebenaran tersebut, kami tidak dapat membekalkan perkhidmatan pada Aplikasi kepada anda. Anda boleh menarik balik kebenaran anda pada bila-bila masa dengan memaklumkan kepada kami secara bertulis. Sekiranya anda menarik balik kebenaran anda, kami tidak dapat meneruskan pembekalan perkhidmatan pada Aplikasi kepada anda.
7.Keselamatan data
Kami menyediakan langkah-langkah keselamatan yang sesuai untuk mengelakkan kehilangan data peribadi anda, disalahgunakan, dicuri atau diakses secara tidak sengaja, didedahkan, digunakan, diubah atau dimusnahkan dengan cara yang tidak dibenarkan. Sebagai tambahan, kami menghadkan akses ke data peribadi anda kepada pekerja, ejen, kontraktor dan pihak ketiga lain yang mempunyai alasan untuk mengetahui. Mereka hanya akan memproses data peribadi anda berdasarkan arahan kami, dan mereka diwajibkan untuk memenuhi tanggungjawab kerahsiaan.
8.Pengekalan data
Kami akan menyimpan data peribadi anda selama diperlukan untuk memenuhi tujuan yang digariskan dalam notis privasi ini, kecuali jika tempoh penyimpanan yang lebih lama diperlukan atau dibenarkan oleh undang-undang yang berkuatkuasa. Selama tempoh penyimpanan tersebut, kami akan meninjau data peribadi anda secara berkala untuk tujuan mengemas kini dan memastikan bahawa data tersebut tidak disimpan lebih lama daripada yang diperlukan untuk tujuan yang digariskan.
Kami mungkin menyimpan salinan maklumat anda yang tidak disemak dalam rekod kami setelah anda telah mengemas kini sebarang maklumat. Butiran maklumat mungkin akan kekal dalam rekod kami setelah pemadaman maklumat tersebut dari akaun anda dengan kami. Anda boleh menghantar permintaan secara bertulis kepada kami untuk mendapatkan ① maklumat mengenai data peribadi anda yang sedang diproses oleh atau bagi pihak kami, dan ② untuk memperolehi salinan data peribadi yang anda telah berikan kepada kami dalam bentuk yang dapat difahami. -
Meminta pembetulan data peribadi anda
Di mana ① salinan data peribadi telah diberikan oleh kami untuk memenuhi permintaan akses data anda dan anda menganggap bahawa data peribadi tersebut tidak tepat, tidak lengkap, mengelirukan atau tidak terkini; atau ② anda tahu bahawa data peribadi anda yang kami simpan tidak tepat, tidak lengkap, mengelirukan atau tidak terkini, anda, mengikut keadaan berkenaan, boleh membuat permintaan pembetulan data secara bertulis kepada kami bahawa kami membuat pembetulan yang diperlukan kepada data peribadi anda. -

Hak untuk mengelakkan pemprosesan yang mungkin menyebabkan kerosakan atau kesusahan

Biasanya tiada bayaran yang diperlukan
Anda tidak perlu membuat bayaran untuk mengakses data peribadi anda atau untuk melaksanakan hak undang-undang anda yang dinyatakan dalam perenggan 9 di atas. Walau bagaimanapun, kami boleh mengenakan bayaran sebanyak RM10 bagi setiap subjek data untuk permintaan akses dengan salinan dan bayaran sebanyak RM2 bagi setiap subjek data untuk permintaan akses tanpa salinan, jika permintaan anda jelas tidak berasas, berulang atau berlebihan. Kami mungkin menolak untuk memenuhi permintaan anda dalam bentuk apa pun berkaitan dengan data peribadi anda jika permintaan anda jelas tidak berasas, berulang atau berlebihan. -

Kami mungkin meminta maklumat khusus dari anda untuk membantu kami mengesahkan identiti anda sebelum kami menjawab sebarang permintaan dari anda.
