Your linked social account will be required for account restoration if you reinstall MUJI passport application due to lost or change of device. Please tap “Linked Accounts” under the main menu to link your social account.
If you have linked your account with social account, you can restore it from the "Account Restoration" under the main menu.

- MUJI passport can be accessed via LTE, 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi network.
Some services may not operate normally if there is no network connection.

- MUJI passport (Malaysia version) can only be used at Malaysia MUJI stores. However, check-in can be applied at MUJI stores worldwide to earn MUJI Mile.

- Each person is entitled to only one MUJI passport account.

1. Tap “Linked Accounts” under the main menu
2. Tap “Setting” for the social media account you would like to link MUJI passport to.
If you want to terminate the link, tap the “Terminate” button on the linked social media.

- Use MUJI passport to check-in at MUJI stores to earn MUJI Mile. Only 1 check-in is allowed at the same store daily. Daily upper limit is 5 times. You cannot earn MUJI Mile upon reaching the daily limit. Each check-in entitles you to earn 10 MUJI Mile which will only reflect in the application 1 day later.
How to check-in:
1. Select “Store Locator” at the main menu.
A list of stores discoverable at your current location will be displayed.
2. Select the stores to check-in under "Check-in available stores"
If you cannot check-in, try changing the settings to allow access on notifications about your location.

Please confirm if the GPS function is set as “allowed" at your mobile device. (Subject to the mobile device model, setting options may vary. For any queries on GPS function setting, please refer to your mobile device manual or visit the provider's website.)
Tap “Store Locator” at the main menu, and browse the map again. You may now check-in at the correct location. If you are still unable to check-in after the above procedures, please confirm if your mobile device is receiving signal properly.
Otherwise, you may try to reinstall MUJI passport, however, please ensure that you've linked your social media account before uninstalling your MUJI passport application for account restoration thereafter.
If you are unable to check-in due to mobile device operating system or hardware specifications, please contact your mobile device provider.

- Add your favorite articles to "Favorite" list (tap the heart icon on “from MUJI” page)
Tap “Favorite” at the bottom of the screen to view your favorite articles.
To delete article from “Favorite” list, Tap “Delete”.

- Please be reminded that clearing data may lead to clearance of information such as ID, MUJI Mile, and Coupons. To facilitate MUJI passport ID restoration, please link social media account.

You may proceed with the account deletion through the app by yourself.
For Users Who Have Already Uninstalled the App
If you know your MUJI passport ID and you're the account holder, we can assist you in deleting your MUJI passport account. Please send your account deletion request to the email below. We will contact you via email.

- MUJI Mile can be gained by spending at Malaysia MUJI stores, as well as using MUJI passport functions. A coupon incentive will be rewarded when accumulated MUJI Mile attains specific stage by its expiry date. MUJI Mile cannot be presented as gift, transferred to any other users, or combined with those held by any other users.

- Earn MUJI Mile by purchasing at MUJI stores in Malaysia, or by checking-in at the stores with MUJI passport. MUJI Mile is not valid for online store, gift card purchase, embroidery service, home delivery and alteration charges, as well as corporate purchases.
1. Present MUJI passport before making a payment at the store
RM1 Spent = 1 MUJI Mile
MUJI Mile is calculated based on the net amount of transaction at rate of RM1 =1 MUJI Mile. The net amount of the transaction in whole number will be converted into MUJI Mile (eg. RM12.90 = 12 mile). Accumulated miles will be shown in the mile record of MUJI passport. Earned MUJI Mile from transaction will be reflected immediately.
· Please present the ID barcode of your MUJI passport before making a payment. (Mobile screenshot, printed paper and verbal indication of ID number are not accepted.)
· MUJI Mile will be issued only if you present MUJI passport before payment.
· If you forget your MUJI passport, you will not be able to earn MUJI Mile at a later period.
· Cashier may use your mobile device to check if the MUJI passport is under normal operation during payment.
· Issuance of MUJI Mile may be delayed due to system error. If such incident occur, please email your ID to customerservice@muji.com.my for confirmation if your mile is not yet issued by the following day.
2. Check-in at MUJI Stores with MUJI passport
1 Check-In = 10 MUJI Mile
Only 1 check-in is allowed at the same store daily. Daily upper limit is 5 times. MUJI Mile from check-in will only reflect 1 day later.

- MUJI Mile cannot be redeemed, instead, a MUJI passport coupon with below incentives will be rewarded if the accumulated miles attain specific stage before its expiry date. Incentive coupon will be rewarded on around the 10th of the following month after February. Coupon terms and conditions apply.
1,000 - 3,000 miles:
RM10 OFF with minimum RM100 nett spent.
3,001 - 6,001 miles:
RM20 OFF with minimum RM160 nett spent.
6,001 - 10,000 miles:
RM30 OFF with minimum RM200 nett spent.
10,001 miles & above:
RM50 OFF with minimum RM250 nett spent.

- Accumulated MUJI Mile will expire and reset on the last day of February every year.
Example: If you shop on the last day of February, it will be reset at 23:59 on the last day of February.

- The MUJI Mile earned on the purchase of the product will be deducted.

- MUJI Mile is applicable to both regular priced and sales items, excluding online or corporate purchases. MUJI Mile is also not valid for gift card purchase, embroidery service, home delivery and alteration charges.

- Your birthday discount coupon will be issued in your MUJI passport application on the 10th of your birthday month if your birth date has been registered in the application prior to your birthday month.

- If you are eligible for the birthday discount coupon, you will receive an in-app notification when your coupon is issued in your MUJI passport application on the 10th of your birthday month. View the available coupons in your application under “Coupons”.
