Reclaimed Wood Cabin Design Creates a Warm and Comfortable Atmosphere
Upon entering the MUJI MCP Central store, visitors instantly feel a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ceiling features eco-friendly reclaimed wood beams alongside white wood chip compressed boards, guiding customers throughout the space. The clothing section showcases a beige wood veneer with custom eco-friendly display platforms, creating a natural yet stylish ambiance. A cabin roof made of reclaimed wood connects the Bodycare & Skincare and Ladies' Wear areas. The home goods section employs warm gray eco-friendly materials, enhancing the overall shopping experience. Featured products include the new essential oil aromatherapy series and a spring limited edition cherry blossom food series, which offers delicacies like Sakura Cookies and Instant Sakura Latte, all designed to capture the essence of spring.

The MUJI MCP Central not only offers a wide range of clothing, food, stationery, and household items but has also introduced the increasingly popular "COFFEE STAND" and "WATER STATION." The "COFFEE STAND" features freshly roasted specialty coffee beans from Hong Kong roasting company, allowing customers to enjoy a variety of hot and cold beverages made from freshly ground coffee. The store provides a self-service specialty coffee machine for added convenience. The "WATER STATION" offers complimentary drinking water, encouraging customers to bring their own water bottles for refills. This initiative aims to reduce the use of disposable plastic bottles while promoting hydration, fostering environmentally friendly habits, and supporting a healthy lifestyle.

Promoting a Concept of Minimalist Green Living
To promote the concept of sustainable living, the MUJI MCP Central also features "MUJI GREEN" and "MUJI CYCLE." The "MUJI GREEN" plant designs are integrated into the environment, with various planters exhibiting different shapes. The minimalist design is easy to maintain, allowing customers to effortlessly create a harmonious green living space and enjoy the essence of nature indoors.
The "MUJI CYCLE" resource recycling bins enable customers to bring clean, recyclable materials to the store, such as plastics, aluminum cans, paper, clothing, and glass. By placing these items in the corresponding "MUJI CYCLE" bins, customers contribute to the recycling process. These recyclable materials will undergo secondary processing and be transformed into everyday products, giving them a new purpose and reducing waste.

The MUJI MCP Central is located in the Sai Kung district, often referred to as the "Back Garden of Hong Kong," surrounded by lush green mountains. With the opening of this new store, MUJI aims to practice the philosophy of natural living alongside its customers. To this end, the store features the "MUJI Nature Printing Workshop" and the "MUJI Forest Bathing Experience," allowing everyone to discover their own sense of well-being both inside and outside the store.
In the "MUJI Nature Printing Workshop," participants can create their own unique MUJI tote bags using various plants, each with its own shape, size, texture, flower type, and color. This activity encourages parents to bring their children along to learn and appreciate the diverse beauty of nature's plants together.
Forest bathing, or "shinrin-yoku," is a Japanese term that means immersing oneself in the atmosphere of the forest. Guided by an instructor, participants are invited to slow down, awaken their senses, and experience the forest through their five senses. This "MUJI Forest Bathing Experience" will take participants along the famous Little Hawaii Trail in Tseung Kwan O, allowing them to enjoy the shade of trees, the sounds of birds, flowing water, and gentle breezes, opening their hearts and releasing stress.
