Yes, upon returning a product, the MUJI points earned from that purchase will be deducted.
MUJI points earned on December 31st will be credited on the same day but will be reset on August 31st of the following year.
MUJI points are issued on a yearly basis.
Points earned between January 1st (00:00) and December 31st (23:59) must be used by August 31st of the following year (23:59).

Members earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent at MUJI stores in Hong Kong or the MUJI Official Online Shop. Similarly, Members earn 1 point for every MOP$1 spent at MUJI stores in Macao.
Points can be redeemed for e-Cash Vouchers at the following rates by the Point Expiry Date:
e-Cash Voucher is valid for 90 days from the redemption date. It will be void after expiry and will not be reissued, extended, or refunded in points.
We reserve the right to review and change the Point redemption mechanism with reasonable prior notice to Members.
